Some of the causes that led to the American Revolution was acts such as the "Sugar Act" in 1764, which made sugar become high priced. The sugar was used in rum. The colonists protested, the act was repealed. The second act called the "Stamp Act" which was issued in 1765 was that document papers, news papers, playing cards, everything had to have a stamp on it. The colonists had to pay collectors to have stamps, in that case, the collectors' houses' were caught on fire and rocks were thrown into their windows. That act was soon repealed. The third act that followed was called the "Town Shend Act" issued in 1767, which was quickly repealed also. In 1773, the "Tea Act" was born, which meant that tea was to be sold high priced , colonists were very upset. On December 16th, 1773 the colonists dumped 90,000 pounds worth of tea into the Boston Harbor. The British retaliated with more laws. Such as the "Quartering Act", which forced colonists to become soldiers. On April 19th, 1775, America v.s British started the American Revolution, starting with a shot that was heard around the world, that was fired at Lexington.

There were many problems that led to the American Revolution . One was the Stamp Act of 1765 . It made it so that all papers such as documents to playing cards had to have stamps on them . People had to pay to have the stamps put on too . After all of the problems that happened , finally the American Revolution happened .

An because of that the American colonist had to move to the west to the Appalachian Mountains with heavy restricted trade. With the Heavy restricted trade the colonist got really mad.Another thing iI learned was the stamp Act,and was issued in 1765 an that it required the colonist to use stamped paper for all important Documents, newspaper an pamphlets all of these things had to pay for. After that they had to pay stamp collectors and the were not happy about that. The stamp act were not lucky because the because the colonist would throw rocks at the windows and burn their houses down.

The biggest cause of the American Revolution started with the French and Indian War. In this war, Great Britain went into much debt. To fix this problem, what they did was pass taxes onto the American colonies which the people were very unhappy with. Those causes resulted in new government, new constitutions, and an independent nation.

Today i learned that the American Revolution started over some acts that the colonists did not obey. Like the "Sugar Act" in 1764, which made sugar become higher priced. The next act was the "Stamp Act" in 1765, that every thing had to have a stamp on it. Then there was the "Town shend Act" in 1767, I didnt find out anything on it. All of them acts were repealed! after that there was the "Tea Act" in 1773, which made tea higher priced then ussual. It got the conlonist very angry which made them dump 340 chest of tea, that was 90,000 pounds.

The Stamp act was when the colonists had to use special stamped paper for official documents, newspapers, and pamphlets.
Townshend Acts of 1767 imported to America from Britain taxed lead, glass, tea, paint, and the Britains didnt like it.
The Tea act was about reducing the cost of tea to help the Britians from bankrupsy.
The Intolerable Acts was about the British wanting to punish the Massachusetts for the Boston Tea Party so the British pass all sorts of laws to punish them

Some of the causes that lead to the American Revolution were money and respect. The first Act was the sugar act which required the colonists to buy heavily taxed sugar. Then the stamp act was issued and required all documents to have a stamp. The townshend act taxed paper, glass and tea. The Tea act reduced the tax on tea and the colonists refused to buy tea. The Boston Tea Party a group of colonists dumped tea into the Boston harbor. For this act the British passed the Intolerable Acts. Finally the delegates wrote a letter to the king of England about their complaints. Congress also boycotted goods from Britain.

The causes of the Revolutionary War was mostly money. The British place taxes on pretty much everything besides breathing. The Sugar Act, Currency Act, Stamp Act, and the Townshend Act. These acts placed taxes on Sugar, Wine, Coffee, Lead, Glass, Tea, Paint, and Paper. The Intolerable Acts was about the British wanting to punish the Massachusetts for the Boston Tea Party so the British pass all sorts of laws to punish them.

The cause of the Revolution was because Great Britain treated the colonies versus the way the colonies felt they should be treated. Americans felt they deserved all the rights of Englishmen. The British, on the other hand, felt that the colonies were created to be used in the way that best suited the crown and parliament.

Some of the causes of the Revolution
was the french and Indian war.The reason
it was is because it left Washington in debt so that made him think okay lets make Americans pay taxes. This led to the suger act which taxed sugar, wine, and coffee. Then it was the currency act which didn't let people print there own money. Then the last one of the townshend acts the stamp act which prohibited people to use specially stamped paper. Some more was like the Boston massacre and the Boston tea
party. Some more acts which are the improbable acts. Like the Boston port act which closed the port in till the people payed for all of the tea they destroyed in the Boston tea party. Another one is the Massachusetts government act, the administration of justice act, and the quartering act. Those are the causes of the American revolution.
