Rocks

1.Igneous Rock is formed when magma and lava cool and make mineral crystals. Igneous rock forms underground within the Earth’s crust or mantle.

2.Extrusive Igneous rock forms above ground, as lava and other materials that erupt from volcanoes cool quickly.

3.Metamorphic Rocks are changed from a pre-existing rock and caused by high heat and pressure.

4.Sedimentary Rocks are usually formed in a watery environment. They are often
layered.

Sedimentary Rock are rocks that has layers Metamorphic Rock are rock that change from heat and pressure something like that Igneous Rock form when magma and lava cool and it depends on how it was formed all rocks go in a rock cycle like pressure lava and stuff some rocks melt or something like that Composition make up of a substance but Minerals are pure substances but Minerals are made up of different substances Minerals can be found by its color depending on the hardness of a Minerals can resist getting scratched or creaked luster is how shinny the Mineral is softer Minerals can scratch stuff rocks and Minerals are hard have luster hardness luster and the rest of the stuff graphite the hardness is low or something and the color is steel Grey talc

1.
Sandstone can be different colors.Diamonds can be different colors too.Igneous is found in the water so is gold.Igneous is melted rock gold is mineral that is made by minerals floating in the water.Granite is made up of other rocks.Copper is a mineral too.Granite you can use it for pavements and the statue of liberty is made of copper.

1.minerals - soft,light,tiny,steak,luster.

rocks - hard,forms underground,has layers,tiny and large,and made by weather.

Rock and minerals are both have different colors, both have our grouped together and come in different shapes and sideses.

2.sedimentary rock - sedimentary is deposited into stacks of layer. The rocks form from deposition and cementation.

Igneous rock - it forms when magnum and lava cools, texture and appearance and depends on hows it's formed.

metamorphic rock - tectonic forces can push all types of rocks deeper in the ground.
some rocks have specific Gravity and some rocks have magninitism.

Bismuth minerals - grows in small crystal that are very bright and umcommon.

2.Slate,Granite,Igneous,Sandstone,Metamorphic,.Slate is what people use for chalk boards and making fires.Granite got a whole lot of rocks in one rock.Igneous is melted lava cooled down into rocks.Sandstone is sand made into rock.Metamorphic rocks are rocks that change into rocks over time.

The 5 characteristics of minerals is solid, ingorgantic, definite chemical structure, naturally orcurring. The most common rock forming mineral groups would be: silicates, carbonates, sulfates, sulfides, halides, and oxides.

1.Sandstone - is a common type of grainy sedimentary rock that is made mostly of sand-sized grains.2.Granite- is a type of igneous rock (volcanic rock that has cooled) that is light-colored and coarse grained.3.Salt-is a crystalline chemical that occurs naturally around the world, in oceans and in salt deposits.4.limestone- is a white to gray, fine-grained rock made of calcium carbonate.5.pumice-Pumice is a light-weight, spongy rock that is formed in explosive volcanic eruptions.

Minerals
1.Magnetite-is a black to gray opaque magnetic mineral composed of iron and oxygen (it is magnetic iron ore).2.Copper-is a soft metal often used in jewelry. It is used in making bronze, brass, and gold alloys.3.Mica- is a soft, lightweight, transparent mineral that cleaves into thin, elastic sheets (it has a single perfect cleavage direction).4.Silver-s a fine, silver-white metal often used in jewelry. Pure silver has a hardness of 2.5. Other metals are alloyed with silver (usually copper) for silver used in jewelry making.5.Talc-is a very soft mineral (magnesium silicate). Talc has a hardness of 1.

2.Rocks are made up of pure substances that are made up of many minerals. Igneous rocks are made of rocks that can be made out of lava.
