A year is 365 days because thats how long it laks for the earth to go around the sun.
Our moon plays a major role in the tides of the earth's oceans because the earth and moon are attracted to each other gravitationally.
We have night and day because the earth spins on its axis.
We have seasons because the earth rotats around the sun.
The 4 quarters of the moon are New Moon,First Quarter Moon,Full Moon,and Second Quarter Moon

1.There is 365 days in a year because it takes a full cycle around the sun. 2.The effect the moon has on ocean tides are,the moons gravitational pulls which make the tides go up and down which causes low and high tides. 3.We have night and day because the earth rotates. 4.We have seasons because the earth is tilted on its axis which revolves around the sun. 5.There are alot of phases of the moon some are Full Moon,Quarter Moon,New Moon and First Moon.

2.The moon causes the ocean tides to go back farther to the ocean.
3.We have night and day is when the earth gos back to back with the sun and the moon.
4.The reason why we have seasons is because when the earth circles the sun it somtimes is close to the sun and farther from the sun.

1.The Earth has 365 days because that is how long the Earth spins around the sun.

2.The moon can effect the ocean waves by the gravity. Gravity pulls the tides and causes it to slow down and making it very low. Sometimes it causes to make it a high tide.

3.The Earth has a daytime because the sun faces that side then when the sun moves it changes it to nighttime

4.When we have the four seasons the sun revolves around and makes it the warmth and when it's away the heat is gone except for the equator.

5.The four phases of the moon are the Crescent,Quarter Moon , New Moon and the Full Moon.

When the earth spins on its axis and the suns rays point to one side of the earth and side is not.

There are 365 days in a year be cause that's how long it takes for earth to revolve around the sun once.

The moon affects the ocean by gravity. It dictates when there will be a low tide and a high tide.

We have night and day because when the sun is facing us it is day.But when the sun is facing the opposite way it's nighttime.

The position of the sun on our hemisphere.
